Our community is a little piece of heaven with great residents and staff who are ready to help. Amenities provided in our community are a 24 hour laundry room, Playground, Pool, Clubhouse with pool tables, Tv, and library, and Shuffle Board. So please come Relax and Enjoy your stay in South Texas at Carefree Valley.

Rules
Park amenities
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the park amenities. Please pick up after your self when done using amenities. Pool hours are from 9am-7pm. Please sign up for use of pool in the office.
Lot Appreance
We ask that tenants please keep area clean and organized. To please pick up any trash located on lot. Trash bags are not to be left outside.
Speed limit and Vehicles
Speed limit is 10 miles an hour. Please no loud music while driving in the park. No loud mufflers allowed. 2 vehicle limit. No parking on side of road
Pet Rules
Pets must be attended to at all times and leashed. We please ask that you clean up after your pets. When walking your pet please do not allow your pet to walk into other residents yard.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 7 AM.
